Our family loves spending our vacations at the beach. When we discovered Hilton Head Island was the perfect driving distance from Atlanta for weekend or week long trips, we knew, one day, we would eventually purchase our own special home here.
Although the island has many wonderful plantations, for us, Shipyard is truly a gem! We can either bike to the beach in less than 10 minutes, golf within the plantation property (or all around the island), or just chill at home poolside.
Hilton Head Island has so many wonderful benefits to enjoy and for us, biking, beaching and golfing are just a few of our favorites. Oh, and there is no shortage of great local restaurants either ! We are happy to share any local knowledge with you throughout the process and your stay.
