Our beautifully decorated ranch style home includes 3 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths, providing all the space ideal for up to 7 guests to relax and enjoy themselves.
Located in Shipyard Plantation, we are quaintly situated on the lagoon side of a quiet cul-de-sac just off Kingston Road. From the house, a short (~1 mile) car ride will get you to the beach where we have a private and secure beach locker to use during your entire stay. If you wish to walk or bike to the beach, there is a newly paved path that will get you there in even a more direct route.
After a fun day at the beach, relax by our large (~30′ x 18′) private salt water pool that overlooks a lagoon with a beautiful garden and incredible wildlife.
All bedrooms have private Direct TV access as well as additional TVs in the family room and den. We also provide free private password-protected broadband Wi-Fi Internet for our guests.

- Bedroom #1 has 1 KING BED a master bathroom with double sinks, a jetted soaking Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. There is a flat screen TV and a desk for working if necessary.
- Bedroom #2 has 1 KING BED a Jack and Jill bathroom is shared with bedroom #3. The sink area is separate from the shower/toilet area. There is a flat screen TV.
- Bedroom #3 has 2 XL TWIN BEDS . This bedroom shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom #2. There is a flat screen TV.
- Small den with flat screen TV with 1 TWIN FUTON – perfect for a small child.
- All bed linens and shower towels are provided. You only need to bring your beach/pool towels.
